Fallen Arches & flat feet

Fallen arches and flat feet is condition in which the entire sole of the foot touches the floor when standing. Fallen arches differ from flat feet in one simple way. Fallen arches means that the foot once had a an arch, but with time and improper shoes, the arch has fallen. Flat feet can be genetic or due to fallen arches.

Hammertoe is a deformity in which one or more of the small toes develops a bend at the joint between the first and second segments so that the tip of the toe turns downward, making it looks like a hammer or claw. The second toe is affected most often.
